MAKKAH — The General Authority for the Care of the Two Holy Mosques has earned the Bronze Award at the 2025 Saudi Customer Experience Awards for its innovative “Tahalul Min Al-Nisk” initiative.

The honor was presented during the Customer Experience World Forum, recognizing the program’s success in enhancing services for Umrah and Hajj pilgrims.

The award-winning initiative has provided streamlined ritual completion services to over 1.7 million pilgrims without charge since its implementation.

Authority President Sheikh Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Sudais described the recognition, “This achievement demonstrates our dedication to placing the pilgrim experience at the center of our operations,”.

The “Tahalul Min Al-Nisk” program specifically addresses logistical challenges pilgrims face during ritual completion, utilizing digital solutions to reduce processing times and physical burdens.
